     Sir Humphry Davy Rolleston, 1st Bt. was born on 21 June 1862.¹ He was the son of Dr. George Rolleston and Grace Davy.¹ He married Lisette Eila Harriet Ogilvy, daughter of Francis Mackenzie Ogilvy and Kythé Caroline Mackenzie, in 1894 at Paddington, London, England^G.¹ He died on 24 September 1944 at age 82.¹
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)² He gained the title of 1st Baronet Rolleston. He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Royal Victorian Order (G.C.V.O.)²

     Dr. George Rolleston was born on 30 July 1829 at Maltby Hall, Rotherham, Yorkshire, England.³ He was the son of Reverend George Rolleston and Anne Nettleship.³ He married Grace Davy, daughter of Dr. John Davy, on 21 September 1861.^1,4 He died on 16 June 1881 at age 51.³
     He graduated from Pembroke College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1853 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was physician between 1855 and 1857 at British Civil Hospital, Smyrna, Turkey.³ He graduated in 1857 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)³ He was assistant physician in 1857 at Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street, London, England.³ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.) in 1859.³ He was Linacre professor of anatomy and physiology between 1860 and 1881.³ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) in 1862.³ He wrote the book Forms of Animal Life, published 1870.³

     Grace Davy is the daughter of Dr. John Davy.² She married Dr. George Rolleston, son of Reverend George Rolleston and Anne Nettleship, on 21 September 1861.^1,2
     From 21 September 1861, her married name became Rolleston.¹

     Francis Lancelot Rolleston was born on 23 May 1895 at Marylebone, London, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of Sir Humphry Davy Rolleston, 1st Bt. and Lisette Eila Harriet Ogilvy.¹ He died on 26 April 1915 at age 19 at Houplines, France^G, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the London Regiment, Royal Fusiliers.¹

     From 1900, her married name became Ogilvy.¹
