     Major Roger Fletcher Earle Lowndes-Stone-Norton was born on 1 July 1863.1 He was the son of Robert Thomas Lowndes Lowndes-Stone-Norton and Catherine Charlotte Lowndes-Stone.1 He married Agnes Selina Thornton, daughter of Reverend William Thornton, on 18 April 1890.1 He died on 11 July 1934 at age 71.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Devonshire Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 8th (Service) Battalion, Devonshire regiment.1 He lived at Brightwell Park, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1

     Agnes Selina Thornton was the daughter of Reverend William Thornton.1 She married Major Roger Fletcher Earle Lowndes-Stone-Norton, son of Robert Thomas Lowndes Lowndes-Stone-Norton and Catherine Charlotte Lowndes-Stone, on 18 April 1890.1 She died on 8 October 1941.1
     From 18 April 1890, her married name became Lowndes-Stone-Norton.1

     Fletcher William Lowndes-Stone-Norton was born on 12 April 1908.1 He was the son of Major Roger Fletcher Earle Lowndes-Stone-Norton and Agnes Selina Thornton.1 He married Emma Dorothy Gager, daughter of Henry Thomas Gager, on 15 August 1941.1 He and Emma Dorothy Gager were divorced in 1945.1 He died on 13 January 1983 at age 74.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1932 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Temporary Major in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.1 He lived at 161 Bukit Piatu, Malacca, Malaysia.2

     Emma Dorothy Gager is the daughter of Henry Thomas Gager.1 She married, firstly, Ralph Minto Wilson before 1941.1 She married, secondly, Fletcher William Lowndes-Stone-Norton, son of Major Roger Fletcher Earle Lowndes-Stone-Norton and Agnes Selina Thornton, on 15 August 1941.1 She and Fletcher William Lowndes-Stone-Norton were divorced in 1945.1
     From before 1941, her married name became Wilson.1 From 15 August 1941, her married name became Lowndes-Stone-Norton.1

     James Norton was born on 6 September 1842 at London, England.1 He was the son of Reverend Hon. James Norton and Isabella Lowndes.1 He married Henrietta Clara Marie Barclay, daughter of Alexander Barclay, on 21 February 1871.1 He died, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.1
