     Colonel Gerald Charles Penrice Onslow was born on 7 February 1853.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Walton Onslow and Isabella Penrice.² He married Flora Frances Mary Donald, daughter of William Donald, on 16 November 1880.² He died on 16 April 1909 at age 56.²
