     Lt.-Col. Sir Merrik Raymond Burrell, 7th Bt. was born on 14 May 1877 at Knepp Castle, West Grinstead, Sussex, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Raymond Burrell, 6th Bt. and Etheldreda Mary Loder.2 He married, firstly, Wilhelmina Louisa Winans, daughter of Walter Winans, on 11 February 1902.2 He and Wilhelmina Louisa Winans were divorced in 1907.2 He married, secondly, Coralie Adelaide Mervyn Porter, daughter of John Porter Porter and Josephine Henrietta Lloyd, on 14 August 1908.2 He and Coralie Adelaide Mervyn Porter were divorced in 1927.2 He died on 22 December 1957 at age 80.2
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901.2 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Raymond, of Valentine House, co. Essex [G.B., 1774] on 6 September 1899.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Royal Dragoons.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Sussex in 1918.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and later Inspector of Remounts in 1918.2 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for West Sussex.2 He was awarded the Gold Medal of the Royal Agricultural Society for distinguished services to agriculture.2 He held the office of President of the Royal Agricultural Society in 1936.2

     Coralie Adelaide Mervyn Porter was born on 26 June 1885.2 She was the daughter of John Porter Porter and Josephine Henrietta Lloyd.1,2 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Sir Merrik Raymond Burrell, 7th Bt., son of Sir Charles Raymond Burrell, 6th Bt. and Etheldreda Mary Loder, on 14 August 1908.1 She and Lt.-Col. Sir Merrik Raymond Burrell, 7th Bt. were divorced in 1927.1 She married, secondly, Richard Outram Hermon, son of Sidney A. Hermon, on 5 December 1927.2 She died on 10 February 1966 at age 80.1
     From 14 August 1908, her married name became Burrell.2 From 5 December 1927, her married name became Hermon.2

     Wilhelmina Louisa Winans was the daughter of Walter Winans.1 She married Lt.-Col. Sir Merrik Raymond Burrell, 7th Bt., son of Sir Charles Raymond Burrell, 6th Bt. and Etheldreda Mary Loder, on 11 February 1902.1 She and Lt.-Col. Sir Merrik Raymond Burrell, 7th Bt. were divorced in 1907.1 She died on 29 November 1916.1
     Her married name became Burrell.

She was the daughter of Henry Preston Barrington Harper.2 She married Anthony George Merrick Tryon, 3rd Baron Tryon, son of Charles George Vivian Tryon, 2nd Baron Tryon and Etheldreda Josephine Burrell, on 13 April 1973.3 She and Anthony George Merrick Tryon, 3rd Baron Tryon were divorced on 5 November 1997.3 She died on 15 November 1997 at age 49 at King Edward VII Hospital, Westminster, London, England, from septicaemia.3,4
     Dale Elizabeth Harper also went by the nick-name of Kanga.5 Her married name became Tryon. After her marriage, Dale Elizabeth Harper was styled as Baroness Tryon on 9 November 1976. She was founder of the fashion labels Kanga and The Dale Tryon Collection in 1983.4
