     Anne Hext was born on 14 March 1770 at Bodmin, Cornwall, England.² She was the daughter of Francis John Hext and Margaret Lang.^3,2 She married Reverend Charles Kendall, son of Reverend Nicholas Kendall and Elizabeth Cotes, on 3 September 1794 at St. Mabyn, Cornwall, England.^1,4 She died on 12 August 1853 at age 83 at Pelynt, Cornwall, England.⁵
      From 3 September 1794, her married name became Kendall.

     Nicholas Kendall was born on 22 December 1800.¹ He was the son of Reverend Charles Kendall and Anne Hext.² He married Mary Anne Wymond, daughter of William Wymond, in 1823.¹ He died on 8 June 1878 at age 77.¹
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Cornwall in 1847.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Cornwall between 1852 and 1868.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Cornwall.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cornwall.¹ He lived at Pelynt, Cornwall, England.¹

     Reverend Francis John Hext Kendall was born in 1805.¹ He was the son of Reverend Charles Kendall and Anne Hext.² He married Charlotte Dorothea Archer, daughter of Edward Archer, on 15 January 1846.¹ He died on 16 April 1873.¹
     He was the Vicar at Talland.¹

     Charlotte Dorothea Archer was the daughter of Edward Archer.² She married Reverend Francis John Hext Kendall, son of Reverend Charles Kendall and Anne Hext, on 15 January 1846.¹ She died on 18 April 1871.³

     Edward Chambers Kendall was born on 28 November 1853.¹ He was the son of Reverend Francis John Hext Kendall and Charlotte Dorothea Archer.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Cornwall Rangers Militia.¹

     Charlotte Augusta Kendall was born on 6 May 1849.² She was the daughter of Reverend Francis John Hext Kendall and Charlotte Dorothea Archer.³ She married Watkins Lloyd Downes on 15 June 1869.¹

     Jane Archer Kendall was baptised on 29 February 1852.² She was the daughter of Reverend Francis John Hext Kendall and Charlotte Dorothea Archer.³ She married William Moxon Brown in August 1878.¹
      From August 1878, her married name became Brown.¹
