Elisabeth Joan Adderley was born on 12 June 1919.1 She was the daughter of Hubert Bowyer Arden Adderley, 6th Baron Norton and Elizabeth Birkbeck.2 She married Professor Alexander Colin Patton Campbell, son of Alexander Callander Campbell, on 5 January 1943.1 She died on 6 April 2014 at age 94.3

Professor Alexander Colin Patton Campbell was the son of Alexander Callander Campbell.2 He married Hon. Elisabeth Joan Adderley, daughter of Hubert Bowyer Arden Adderley, 6th Baron Norton and Elizabeth Birkbeck, on 5 January 1943.1 He died on 19 November 1996.1
