     General Thomas Rochfort Snow was born on 28 September 1821 at Winchcomb Street, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was the son of Reverend Thomas Snow and Maynard Eliza D'Oyly.1 He married Mary Ann Palmer Price on 18 August 1851 at Nainee Tal, Bengal, India.1 He died on 11 November 1904 at age 83.1
     He fought in the Hydrabad Campaign.1 He fought in the Meane Campaign.1 He fought in the Indian Mutiny.1

     Charles Hastings Snow was born on 21 May 1824 at Langton Lodge, Langton Long, Blandford, Dorset, England.1 He is the son of Reverend Thomas Snow and Maynard Eliza D'Oyly.1 He married Helen Clara Piers, daughter of Reverend Octavius Samuel Piers and Jane Tristram, on 25 June 1850 at Preston, Weymouth, Dorset, England.1 He died on 13 August 1900 at age 76 at Lower Hutt, New Zealand.1
     He fought in the Maori Wars.1 He and Helen Clara Piers emigrated along with their children to New Zealand arriving on 1860 on board Lord Burleigh.1 He was head of the Audit Department at Wellington, New Zealand.1 He was a banker.1
