     Mary Mellor was born on 23 October 1700 at St. Mary, Oldham, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 She was the daughter of John Mellor and Mary Buckley.1 She married Robert Greaves, son of John Greaves and Anne Shaw, on 2 January 1724 at Saddleworth, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 She died in 1763.1
     Her married name became Greaves.1

     Sir Edward Arthur Mather-Jackson, 4th Bt. was born on 8 January 1899 at Chelsea, London, EnglandG.1,3 He was the son of Sir Henry Mather-Jackson, 3rd Bt. and Ada Frances Somerset.3 He married Cecilia Balfour, daughter of Captain Christopher Balfour, on 27 February 1932.4 He died on 8 November 1956 at age 57, without issue.4
     Sir Edward Arthur Mather-Jackson, 4th Bt. used the pen-name of Edward Mather.4 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scots Guards (SR.)4 He fought in the First World War between 1917 and 1918.4 He wrote the book A Chaste Polygamy and Other Stories, published 1937 (ASIN: B004LJ4GSS.) He was a practising barrister between 1940 and 1945.4 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Jackson, of the Manor House, Birkenhead [U.K., 1869] on 23 March 1942.4 He was resident director of Buenos Aires Great Southern Railway and Buenos Aires Western Railway between 1946 and 1948.4
