     Captain Arthur Henniker-Heaton was born on 14 April 1883 at New South Wales, Australia.1,2 He was the son of Sir John Henniker-Heaton, 1st Bt. and Rose Bennett.3 He married Vera Isabel Atherley, daughter of Hamilton Atherley, on 12 June 1913.1 He died in January 1965 at age 81.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He was decorated with the award of the Order of St. Maurice and St. Lazarus of Italy.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Second World War, and was mentioned in despatches.1

     He fought in the Second World War, and was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (S) in the service of the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1 He was Assistant Treasurer of Sarawak.1
