     Dayrolles Blakeney Eveleigh-de Moleyns, 4th Baron Ventry was born on 22 January 1828.1 He was the son of Thomas Townsend Aremberg de Moleyns, 3rd Baron Ventry and Eliza Theodora Blake.2 He married Harriet Elizabeth Frances Wauchope, daughter of Andrew Wauchope, on 12 September 1860.1 He died on 8 February 1914 at age 86.1
     He was given the name of Dayrolles Blakeney Mullins at birth.1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 4th Battalion, Royal Munster Fusiliers between 1854 and 1885.1 His name was legally changed to Dayrolles Blakeney de Moleyns.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Kerry.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Mullins, of Ventry, co. Kerry [I., 1797] on 18 January 1868.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Ventry, of Ventry, co. Kerry [I., 1800] on 18 January 1868.1 He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland] in 1871.1 On 3 November 1874 his name was legally changed to Dayrolles Blakeney Eveleigh-de Moleyns by Royal Licence.1

Hersey Alice Eveleigh-de Moleyns.1 She married Sidney Charles Herbert, 16th Earl of Pembroke, son of Reginald Herbert, 15th Earl of Pembroke and Lady Beatrice Eleanor Paget, on 27 July 1936.1 She died on 16 January 1995.1,3
     She was Lady-in-Waiting to HRH Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent between 1934 and 1949.1 Her married name became Herbert. She held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)3 She was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1947.1 She gained the rank of Honorary First Officer in the Women's Royal Naval Service.1 She was Extra-Lady-in-Waiting to HRH Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent between 1949 and 1968.1 After her marriage, Lady Mary Dorothea Hope was styled as Countess of Pembroke on 13 January 1960.
