Gruffudd ap Jenkin Hanmer is the son of Jenkin Hanmer and Margaret verch Dafydd.2 He married Elen Dutton, daughter of Sir Piers Dutton, before February 1424/25.1

Sir Thomas Hanmer was the son of Richard Hanmer and Margaret Kynaston.2 He married, secondly, Matilda (?)1 He married, firstly, Joan Brererton, daughter of Sir Randle Brererton, from 7 November 1489 to 10 February 1489/90.1 He died on 10 February 1546.1
