     Anne Rose is the daughter of Reverend William Rose.1 She married Alexander Gunn of Badinloch and Wester Helmsdale, 7th Mackeamish, son of Donald Gunn of Killearnan, younger and Margaret Sutherland, circa 1753.1
     From circa 1753, her married name became Gunn.1

     William Gunn, 8th Mackeamish was the son of Alexander Gunn of Badinloch and Wester Helmsdale, 7th Mackeamish and Anne Rose.2 He died in September 1780 at IndiaG, killed in action, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 73rd Regiment.1

     Morrison Gunn, 9th Mackeamish was the son of Alexander Gunn of Badinloch and Wester Helmsdale, 7th Mackeamish and Anne Rose.2 He died on 1 May 1785 at GibraltarG, killed in action, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Ensign in the Royal Regiment Foot.1

Donald Gunn1

     Donald Gunn was born circa 1737.1 He was the son of George Gunn of Corrish and Isabel Polson.2 He married Mary Gunn, daughter of Lt.-Col. William Gunn and Anne Ross, on 5 July 1763.1 He died on 29 March 1807 at MeppelG, without surviving issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Dutch Service.1 In 1785 although he was next heir, he was barred from succession by alienage and passed over, having sworn allegiance to the King of Holland in 1782.1

     Lt.-Col. William Gunn was the son of Donald Gunn of Killearnan, younger and Margaret Sutherland.2 He married Anne Ross on 5 January 1728 at Breda, The NetherlandsG.1 He died circa 25 May 1768.1 He was buried on 28 May 1768 at Naarden, The NetherlandsG.1
     In 1718 he was witness to his brother's wadset.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Scots Brigade, Netherlands.1
