     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 15th Sikhs, Indian Army.¹ He was with the Nyasaland Police.¹

     Anselm Neison Guise was born on 29 March 1935.¹ He was the son of Christopher Probyn Guise and Hope Neison.² He married Eileen Mary Cummins, daughter of Colonel Patrick Henry Cummins, on 18 July 1959.¹ He died on 30 July 2000 at age 65.¹
     He retired from the military in 1964, with the rank of officer, late of the Royal Navy.¹
