Claud Monckton was born on 26 July 1844.1 He was the son of Edward Henry Cradock Monckton and Maria Catherine Tydd.2 He married Eena Helena Theresa Hickey, daughter of E. A. Hickey, in 1881.1 He died on 11 October 1897 at age 53, without issue.1

Lt.-Col. William Parry Monckton was born on 7 April 1846.1 He was the son of Edward Henry Cradock Monckton and Maria Catherine Tydd.2 He married Florence Georgina Sybella Sawrey-Cookson, daughter of James Sawrey-Cookson, on 3 September 1891.1 He died on 17 December 1914 at age 68.1
