     Urbain Evelyn Forestier-Walker was born on 16 January 1915.1 He was the son of Ivor Augustus Forestier-Walker and Agnes Maud Mayhew.2 He married Aileen Morrissey, daughter of Thomas Morrissey, on 6 September 1941.1 He died on 30 October 1974 at age 59 at Chiltern, Buckinghamshire, England.1,3
     He was educated at Newton College, Newton Abbot, Devon, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War, in Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.1
