     From 9 April 1901, her married name became Waterfield.¹

     Guy Waterfield is the son of Maj.-Gen. Henry Gordon Waterfield.¹ He married Ethel Wentworth Stanley, daughter of Sidney Stanley and Sara Foster, on 9 April 1901.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Henry Gordon Waterfield was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹

     Ellen Ada Wentworth Stanley was born on 5 November 1864.¹ She was the daughter of Sidney Stanley and Sara Foster.¹ She married Major Alfred Shafto Barthropp on 24 June 1891.¹ She died on 15 January 1956 at age 91.¹
     From 24 June 1891, her married name became Barthropp.¹

     Major Alfred Shafto Barthropp married Ellen Ada Wentworth Stanley, daughter of Sidney Stanley and Sara Foster, on 24 June 1891.¹ He died in 1934.¹

     2nd Lt. Sidney Alfred Nathaniel Barthropp was born circa 1893.¹ He was the son of Major Alfred Shafto Barthropp and Ellen Ada Wentworth Stanley.¹ He died on 29 January 1915, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.² He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Sussex regiment.¹

     Grace Wentworth Stanley was born on 2 November 1865.¹ She was the daughter of Sidney Stanley and Sara Foster.¹ She died on 23 January 1947 at age 81, unmarried.¹

     Constance Eva Wentworth Stanley was born on 4 July 1870.¹ She was the daughter of Sidney Stanley and Sara Foster.¹ She died on 12 July 1939 at age 69, unmarried.¹
