     John Marcon Floyd was born on 25 March 1882.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Greenwood Floyd and Edith Ellen Marcon.2 He died on 22 February 1919 at age 36, unmarried.1
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Air Force.1

     Lt.-Col. Arthur Bowen Floyd was born on 21 January 1888.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Greenwood Floyd and Edith Ellen Marcon.2 He married Iris Clare Belding, daughter of Lt.-Col. Davy Turner Belding and Elizabeth Hipkin, on 27 July 1922.1 He died on 28 May 1965 at age 77.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Wellington, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was decorated with the award of the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1919.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Norfolk Regiment.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1945.1

     Iris Clare Belding was born circa 1896 at East Dereham, Norfolk, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Davy Turner Belding and Elizabeth Hipkin.1,2 She married, firstly, Captain Alexander Stewart Ritchie before 1918.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Arthur Bowen Floyd, son of Reverend Charles Greenwood Floyd and Edith Ellen Marcon, on 27 July 1922.1 She died on 26 August 1975.1
     From before 1922, her married name became Ritchie.1 From 27 July 1922, her married name became Floyd.

     John Anthony Floyd was born on 12 May 1923.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Bowen Floyd and Iris Clare Belding.2 He married Margaret Louise Rosselli, daughter of Major Hugo Rosselli and Maud Heath Harrison, on 5 October 1948.1 He died on 20 February 1998 at age 74.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of officer in 1941 in the King's Royal Rifle Corps.1 He was a partner of Christies in 1954.1 He was chairman of Christie's between 1974 and 1985.1 He was chairman of Christie's International between 1976 and 1988.1
