     Sir John Baptist Hicks, 5th Bt. was born in 1721.1,2 He was the son of Charles Hicks and Mary Coningsby.2 He died on 23 November 1792, without issue.3
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Hicks, of Beverston Castle, co. Gloucester [E., 1619] in 1768.3

     Ursula Tindall was born in 1510.2 She was the daughter of Sir John Tyndall and Amphelice Coningsby.2
     URSULA TYNDALL, married in her father's lifetime Richard Gawsell Esq., of Watlington in Norfolk, who died in 1538. (35) She married secondly William Butts Esq.., of Shouldham-Thorpe in Norfolk, (36) by whom she had amongst other issue Dr. Henry Butts D.D., the unhappy Master of Corpus Christi College, Cambridgeshire, who committed suicide in 1632.2

     Humphrey Tindall was born in 1511.2 He was the son of Sir John Tyndall and Amphelice Coningsby.2 He died before 14 September 1540.2 He was buried on 14 September 1540 at St. Mildred's in the Poultry.3,2
     HUMPHREY TYNDALL was godson to his grandfather Sir Humphrey Con¬ingsby Kt., who left to him by his Will in 1531 an annuity of five marks a year. He is described as of Bishop's Lynn in an action for debt in Michaelmas term 1537, when William Reynesby, the executor of Richard Bartlett, Merchant Taylor of London, recovered judgment against him for forty shillings, (34a) but he died in London in the year after his father, and was buried at St. Mildred's in the Poultry, 14th Sept. 1540.2' Reference: 341.2

     Anne Tindall was born in 1513.2 She was the daughter of Sir John Tyndall and Amphelice Coningsby.2 She married Robert Bacon after 1538.2
     Reference: 342.2 Her married name became Bacon.2 ANNE TYNDALL was unmarried in 1538, and was afterwards the first wife of Robert Bacon Esq. of Harleston in Norfolk, by whom she had an only daughter Frances, who was under age and unmarried in 1558, when her father died. (37) Anne did not survive her marriage many years, for Edward Bacon, the son of her husband's second marriage, was born in 1551. (37.)2
