Lt.-Col. Frederick Neil Edmonstone1

     Lt.-Col. Frederick Neil Edmonstone was born on 7 September 1818.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Louisa Hotham.2 He married Henrietta Smith-Neill, daughter of Lt.-Col. W. Smith-Neill of Barnwell and Swindrigemuir, on 17 March 1863.1 He died on 14 August 1865 at age 46, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Bengal Infantry.1

     Henrietta Smith-Neill is the daughter of Lt.-Col. W. Smith-Neill of Barnwell and Swindrigemuir.2 She married Lt.-Col. Frederick Neil Edmonstone, son of Sir Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Louisa Hotham, on 17 March 1863.1
     From 17 March 1863, her married name became Edmonstone.

     Sir Streynsham Master was born at Kent, EnglandG.1 He is the son of Sir Edward Master and Audrey Streynsham.3 He married Elizabeth Legh, daughter of Richard Legh and Elizabeth Chicheley.1
     He lived at Codnor Castle, Derbyshire, EnglandG.4 He held the office of Governor of Madras.1
