     Christian Durie is the daughter of Robert Durie of Grange and Christian Rutherford.2,1 She married James Durie of Netherton and Craigluscar, son of George Durie of Craigluscar and Elizabeth Echline of Pitadro, in 1633.1

George Durie of Craigluscar1

     George Durie of Craigluscar was the son of James Durie of Netherton and Craigluscar and Christian Durie.2 He died in 1703.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Louis XIV's Scots Guards.1 He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court between 1672 and 1677.1 He held the office of Provost of Dunfermline in 1687.1
