     Richard Dugdale was born in 1724.1 He is the son of Richard Geast and Jane Dugdale.2 He married Penelope Bate Stratford, daughter of Francis Stratford, in 1767.1 He died in 1806.1
     Richard Dugdale was baptised with the name of Richard Geast.3 He was a practising barrister.1 In 1799 roy licence on inheriting unc's property.1 On 1799 his name was legally changed to Richard Dugdale by Royal Licence.1
