Terence D'Arcy French was born on 22 March 1922.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Poyntz French and Effie Laura Fenwick.2 He married Marion Evelyn Lewis, daughter of Dr. A. C. Lewis, on 27 December 1947.1 He died on 29 March 2006 at age 84 at Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
