     William Filgate was born in 1666.1 He was the son of William Filgate and Anne Peppard.2 He married Mary Smart circa 1694.1 He died in 1721.1
     He lived at Lisrenny, County Louth, IrelandG.1 His last will was dated 23 November 1721.1
