Major Frederick Charles Feltrim Fagan was born on 23 April 1903.1 He was the son of Major Henry Horace Frederick Fagan and Adela Beatrice Denny.2 He married, firstly, Katherine Robinetta Price-Owen, daughter of Matthew Price-Owen, on 28 September 1938.1 He married, secondly, Pamela Lorna Boileau Homfrey, daughter of Lt.-Col. Lorn Edward Hambly Homfrey, on 22 October 1957.1 He died on 14 January 1988 at age 84 at Weymouth, Dorset, England.3
