     Admiral Robert O'Brien was born on 25 October 1776.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Lucius O'Brien, 3rd Bt. and Anne ffrench.2 He married, firstly, Anne O'Brien, daughter of Edward O'Brien and Charlotte Hickman.1 He married, secondly, unknown (?) on 11 August 1836.2 He died on 21 January 1838 at age 61.1

     From February 1806, her married name became Noel.

     George William Hamilton FitzMaurice, 6th Earl of Orkney was born on 6 May 1827.1 He was the son of Thomas John Hamilton FitzMaurice, 5th Earl of Orkney and Hon. Charlotte Isabella Irby.1 He married Amelia Samuel, daughter of Samuel Moses Samuel and Esther Cohen, on 28 November 1872.1 He died on 21 October 1889 at age 62.1
     He was commissioned in 1845, in the service of the 92nd Highlanders.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Commissioner of the Ioanian Islands between 1851 and 1854.1 He fought in the Siege of Sebastopol.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 71st Foot.1 He gained the rank of Captain between 1856 and 1857 in the Scots Fusilier Guards.1 He wrote the book Four Years in the Ionian Islands, published 1864.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1866.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1875.1 He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Kirkwall [S., 1696] on 16 May 1877.1 He succeeded as the 6th Earl of Orkney [S., 1696] on 16 May 1877.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Dechmont [S., 1696] on 16 May 1877.1 He was appointed Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1885 and 1889.1
