     Catherine Dring was the daughter of Simon Dring and Mary Uniacke.2 She married Francis Savage, son of Reverend Christopher Kingsborough Savage and Christian Welstead, on 12 January 1813 at Glanmere Church, Glanmere, County Cork, Ireland.1,3 She died on 21 June 1827.1
     From 12 January 1813, her married name became Savage.1

     Robert Harding Dring was born, m Catherine Georgina (d 31 Jan 1908), dau of Francis Savage, of Ballymadun, County Dublin (see that family), on 3 September 1823.1 He was the son of Simon Dring and Anne Harding.2 He died on 7 February 1908 at age 84, (with an elder son (who d without issue) and two daus).1
