Colonel William Paget-Tomlinson was the son of William Smith Paget-Tomlinson.2 He married Lucy Ileene Diana Daly, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Hugh Daly and Diana Maria Denison, on 9 September 1914.1 He died on 8 March 1962.1

Arthur Crawford Daly was born on 14 May 1871.1 He was the son of General Sir Henry Dermot Daly and Susan Elizabeth Ellen Kirkpatrick.2,1 He married Grace Wilkinson, daughter of Major H. C. Wilkinson, in 1897.1 He died on 28 August 1936 at age 65.1
He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1,3 He fought in the Boer War, where he was severely wounded.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches seven times, and was gassed.1,3 He was DAQMG of the IV Corps in 1914.1 He was AA&QMG of the 7th Division between 1914 and 1915.1 He was commanding officer of the 6th Infantry Brigade (2nd Division) and 33rd Infantry Brigade (11th Division) between 1915 and 1917.1 He was commanding officer of the 24th Division between 1917 and 1919.1 He was decorated with the award of the Croix de Guerre (avec palme).1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1918.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1919.1 He was Inspector-General and Military Advisor, Minister of Defense, Iraq between 1925 and 1927.1 He retired from the military in 1928, with the rank of Major-General, late of the West Yorkshire Regiment.1 He lived at Silver Birch Cottage, Sevenoaks, Kent, England.1

Air Vice-Marshal George Dermot Daly was born in 1898.1 He was the son of Arthur Crawford Daly and Grace Wilkinson.2 He married, firstly, Dorothy Irene Teale, daughter of I. A. Teale, in 1927.3 He and Dorothy Irene Teale were divorced in 1946.3 He married, secondly, Diana Scott, daughter of Herbert Scott, in 1946.3 He married, thirdly, Clairette (?) in 1956.3 He died on 12 October 1974.3
