Robert Constable Cummins was born on 13 August 1887.1 He was the son of William Edward Ashley Cummins and Jane Constable Hall.2 He married Florence Hyndman, daughter of James Hyndman, on 2 September 1924.1 He died on 18 February 1975 at age 87.1
