     Sir Philip Harvey du Cros, 2nd Bt. was born on 19 June 1898.1 He was the son of Sir Arthur Philip du Cros, 1st Bt. and Maude Gooding.2 He married, firstly, Maltilde Dita Mallet, daughter of Sir Claude Coventry Mallet, on 27 February 1922.1 He and Maltilde Dita Mallet were divorced in 1950.1 He married, secondly, Rosemary Theresa Rees, daughter of Sir John David Rees, 1st Bt. and Hon. Mary Catherine Dormer, on 3 November 1950.1 He died on 11 October 1975 at age 77.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Hussars.1 He was chairman of Cheapside Land Development Company.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet du Cros, of Canons, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1916] on 28 October 1955.1

     Sir Claude Philip Arthur Mallet du Cros, 3rd Bt. was born on 27 December 1922.1 He was the son of Sir Philip Harvey du Cros, 2nd Bt. and Maltilde Dita Mallet.2 He married, firstly, Christine Nancy Bennett, daughter of F. E. Bennett, on 20 June 1953.1 He and Christine Nancy Bennett were divorced in 1974.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Roy Cutler Frater, daughter of Roland James Frater, in 1974.1 He and Margaret Roy Cutler Frater were divorced in 1982.1 He died on 24 July 2014 at age 91 at Ballaugh, Isle of Man.3
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Welsh Guards.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet du Cros, of Canons, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1916] on 11 October 1975.1 He lived in 2003 Long Meadow, Ballaugh Glen, Ramsey, Isle of Man.1
