He was also reported to have been born on 22 December 1828.1 He married Georgiana Musgrave, daughter of Rev. Sir Christopher Musgrave, 9th Bt. and Mary Anne Hasell, on 29 July 1847 at Marylebone, London, England.2,1 He died on 18 June 1906 at age 81. He was also reported to have died on 18 July 1908.1

     Rev. Sir Christopher Musgrave, 9th Bt. was born on 6 August 1797 at Edenhall Manor, Cumberland, England.2,3 He was the son of Sir John Chardin Musgrave, 7th Bt. and Mary Filmer. He married Mary Anne Hasell, daughter of Edward Hasell and Elizabeth Carus, in September 1825. He died on 11 May 1834 at age 36 at Edenhall Manor, Cumberland, England.3
     He was educated in 1817 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, University.3 He lived in February 1824 at Kempton Park, Surrey, England, Trial and Imprisonment.2 He gained the title of 9th Baronet Musgrave, of Edenhall, Cumberland in 1827.
