     Anne Follett was the daughter of Benjamin Follett.² She married Reverend Robert Synge, son of Sir Robert Synge, 1st Bt. and Margaret Wolfe, in August 1820.¹ She died on 2 September 1844.¹
     From August 1820, her married name became Synge.

     Major Robert Follett Synge was born on 12 June 1821.¹ He was the son of Reverend Robert Synge and Anne Follett.² He married Catherine Waddell Boyd Miller, daughter of David Miller, on 12 March 1855.¹ He died on 22 September 1860 at age 39.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 1st West India Regiment.¹ He had one other son, who died in infancy.¹

     David Miller lived at Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland^G.¹ He was a practising barrister.¹

     Catherine Waddell Boyd Miller was the daughter of David Miller.² She married Major Robert Follett Synge, son of Reverend Robert Synge and Anne Follett, on 12 March 1855.¹ She died in 1892.¹
     From 12 March 1855, her married name became Synge.

     Lt.-Col. Robert Follett Muter Foster Millington Synge was born on 5 January 1857.¹ He was the son of Major Robert Follett Synge and Catherine Waddell Boyd Miller.² He married Charlotte Granville Stuart, daughter of Maj.-Gen. William James Stuart and Eleanor Dorcas French, in 1884.¹ He and Charlotte Granville Stuart were separated in 1900 judicial.¹ He died on 31 March 1941 at age 84.¹
     He fought in the Burma Expedition between 1887 and 1889.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Highland Light Infantry.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Garrison Battalion, Northumberland Fusiliers.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Charlotte Granville Stuart is the daughter of Maj.-Gen. William James Stuart and Eleanor Dorcas French.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Robert Follett Muter Foster Millington Synge, son of Major Robert Follett Synge and Catherine Waddell Boyd Miller, in 1884.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Robert Follett Muter Foster Millington Synge were separated in 1900 judicial.¹
     From 1884, her married name became Synge.

     Alan Hamilton Stuart Synge was born on 14 February 1886.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Robert Follett Muter Foster Millington Synge and Charlotte Granville Stuart.² He married Alice May Bradley in 1920.¹
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the General List and Royal Flying Corps.¹

     Alice May Bradley married Alan Hamilton Stuart Synge, son of Lt.-Col. Robert Follett Muter Foster Millington Synge and Charlotte Granville Stuart, in 1920.¹
     She lived at Washington, U.S.A.^G.¹ Her married name became Synge.

     Maj.-Gen. Francis Hutchinson Synge was born on 24 March 1823.¹ He was the son of Reverend Robert Synge and Anne Follett.² He married Lucy Frances Pole, daughter of Maj.-Gen. unknown Pole, in 1872.¹ He died on 5 September 1881 at age 58.¹

     Lucy Frances Pole is the daughter of Maj.-Gen. unknown Pole.¹ She married, firstly, Captain E. T. Dowbiggn before 1872.¹ She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. Francis Hutchinson Synge, son of Reverend Robert Synge and Anne Follett, in 1872.¹
     From before 1872, her married name became Dowbiggn.¹ From 1872, her married name became Synge.
