     Mary Eleanora Basset Curzon was born on 19 June 1920.1 She was the daughter of Charles Ernest Basset Lothian Curzon and Geraldine Fosbery Mills.1 She married Major James Malcolm Hay of Seaton, son of Major Malcolm Vivian Hay of Seaton and Florence de Thiene, on 19 April 1941.1 She died on 19 October 1999 at age 79.1
     Her married name became Hay.

     Major Ernest Charles Penn Curzon was born on 24 November 1856.1 He was the son of Colonel Hon. Ernest George Curzon and Augusta Latham Hallifax.1 He married Edith Basset Basset, daughter of Charles Henry Basset and Harriet Mary Basset, on 18 October 1882.2 He died on 12 February 1938 at age 81.1
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 18th and 3rd Hussars.1

     Edith Basset Basset was the daughter of Charles Henry Basset and Harriet Mary Basset.2 She married Major Ernest Charles Penn Curzon, son of Colonel Hon. Ernest George Curzon and Augusta Latham Hallifax, on 18 October 1882.2 She died on 30 April 1943.2
     She was given the name of Edith Basset Williams at birth.2 Her married name became Curzon. She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1918.2
