     Onie Curan Franklin was the daughter of E. H. Franklin.2 She married Hubert Stephen Lowry Dewar, son of Albemarle O'Beirne Willoughby Dewar and Florence Wilhelmina Rose Matthews, on 2 March 1918 at Hyderabad, IndiaG.1 She died on 8 September 1966.1
     From 2 March 1918, her married name became Dewar.

George Albemarle Bertie Dewar1

     George Albemarle Bertie Dewar was born on 3 November 1862.1 He was the son of Albemarle Dewar and Jane O'Beirne.2 He married Ida Beatrice Robinson, daughter of Dr. Thomas Robinson, on 18 August 1896.1 He died on 20 March 1934 at age 71, without issue.1
     He graduated in 1886 with a Pembroke College Oxford Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was a war correspendent during the First World War.1 He was editor of Saturday Review between 1914 and 1917.1 He was editor of The Nineteenth Century between 1919 and 1925.1 He lived at Brook Cottage, Abbotts Ann, Hampshire, EnglandG.1

     Ann Dewar was the daughter of David Dewar.2 A settlement for the marriage between her and George Napier of Kilmahew was made on 11 October 1737.1 She died circa November 1799, without issue.1 She was buried on 8 November 1799.1
