Reverend John Talbot-Crosbie was the son of William John Talbot and Lady Anne Crosbie.2,3 He married Jane Lloyd, daughter of Colonel Thomas Lloyd, in September 1811.3 He died in January 1818,.3
Reverend John Talbot-Crosbie held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Ardfert, prior to taking Holy Orders.3 He graduated from Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was baptised with the name of John Talbot.4 On 14 February 1816 his name was legally changed to John Talbot-Crosbie by Royal Licence.3 He lived at Ardfert Abbey, County Kerry, Ireland.1
