     Henry Chavasse was born on 19 June 1863.1 He was the son of Reverend William Izon Chavasse and Anne Georgina Coghill.2 He married Judith Isabella Fleming, daughter of Becher Lionel Fleming, on 7 April 1896.1 He died on 9 May 1943 at age 79.1
