     Reverend Joshua Lacy-Bernard was the Rector at Powerscourt, County Wicklow, Ireland.¹

     Maria Clarke Lacy-Bernard was the daughter of Reverend Joshua Lacy-Bernard.² She married Julius Casement, son of Roger Casement and Margaret McQuilty, on 21 January 1863.¹ She died on 26 April 1918.¹
      From 21 January 1863, her married name became Casement.

     Roger Casement was born on 24 February 1864.¹ He was the son of Julius Casement and Maria Clarke Lacy-Bernard.² He married Catherine Isabelle Tottenham, daughter of Colonel Charles George Tottenham, on 30 August 1898.¹ He died on 21 December 1917 at age 53.¹
