     Mary Russell was born in 1769.1 She was the daughter of Christopher Russell and Elizabeth Ryan.2,1 She married Bernard Byrne, son of Laurence Byrne and unknown Richardson, on 8 January 1794.1
     From 8 January 1794, her married name became Byrne. She and Bernard Byrne emigrated along with their children to Maryland, U.S.A., arriving on 1818.1
