     Lt.-Col. Thomas Graham Browning Johnstone is the son of Thomas Johnstone.1 He married Agnes Orr Miller Byers, daughter of Samuel Byers and Elizabeth Mandale, on 1 September 1920.1
     He retired from the military, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, late of the Indian Army.1 He lived in 1976 at Culmer Croft, Wormley, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He had one son.1

     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Armagh.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Armagh.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Armagh in 1916.1 He lived at Mill Farm, Mowhan, County Armagh, IrelandG.1
