He married Nancy Clara Cunard, daughter of Sir Bache Edward Cunard, 3rd Bt. and Maud Alice Burke, on 15 November 1916.² He died in 1943.³
     He gained the rank of officer in the Grenadier Guards.² His marriage to Nancy Clara Cunard was annulled in 1925.²
