Reginald Ailwyn Fellowes was born on 20 January 1884 at London, EnglandG.1,2 He was the son of William Henry Fellowes, 2nd Baron de Ramsey of Ramsey Abbey and Lady Rosamond Jane Frances Spencer-Churchill.3 He married Marguerite Séverine Philippine Decazes de Glücksbierg, daughter of Jean Élie Louis Octave Guillaume Sévère Amanien Decazes de Glücksbierg, 3rd Duc Decazes, 3rd Hertif af Glücksbierg and Isabelle Blanche Singer, on 9 August 1919 at London, EnglandG.1,2 He died on 19 March 1953 at age 69 at Donnington Grove, Newbury, Berkshire, EnglandG.1,2
