     Jean Phyllis Falkner was the daughter of Major Basil Falkner.2 She married Richard James Meade-Fetherstonhaugh, son of Admiral Hon. Sir Herbert Meade-Fetherstonhaugh and Margaret Isabel Frances Glyn, on 26 August 1948.1 She died on 11 January 2006.3
     Her married name became Meade-Fetherstonhaugh. She lived in 2003 at Jasmine Cottage, West Wittering, Sussex, England.1

     Harriet Sarah Meade-Fetherstonhaugh was born on 31 July 1949.1 She is the daughter of Richard James Meade-Fetherstonhaugh and Jean Phyllis Falkner.2 She married John de Bianchi Cossart, son of Peter de Bianchi Cossart, on 21 June 1969.1 She and John de Bianchi Cossart were divorced in 1997.1
     From 21 June 1969, her married name became Cossart. She lived in 2003 at Uppark, Petersfield, Hampshire, England.1

Sir Herbert Meade-Fetherstonhaugh and Margaret Isabel Frances Glyn, in 1956.1 She died on 10 April 2004.2
     Her married name became Levien.1 Her married name became Meade. As a result of her marriage, Maxine Hayden-Scott was styled as Countess of Clanwilliam on 30 March 1989.
