     Sir Thomas Coventry was born in 1547.2 He was the son of Richard Coventry.2 He married Margaret Jeffries, daughter of William Jeffries.2 He died on 12 December 1606.2
     He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1565 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He was a Fellow in 1566 at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He was a practising barrister in 1568.2 He held the office of Bencher of the Inner Temple in 1591.2 He was a practising Serjeant-at-Law in 1603.2 He held the office of King's Serjeant in 1605.2 He was appointed Knight in 1606.2 He held the office of Justice of the Court of Common Pleas in 1606.1,2

     Thomas Coventry, 1st Baron Coventry of Aylesborough was born in 1578 at Croome Dabitot, Worcestershire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Coventry and Margaret Jeffries.1 He married, firstly, Sarah Sebright, daughter of John Sebright and Anne Bullingham, before 1606.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Aldersey, daughter of John Aldersey and Anne Lowe, before 1610.3 He died on 14 January 1639/40 at Durham House, the Strand, London, EnglandG.3 He was buried on 1 March 1639/40 at Croome Dabitot, Worcestershire, EnglandG.3 His will was proven (by probate) on 18 January 1639/40.3
