     Maurice John O'Connell was born on 2 February 1884.1 He was the son of Daniel Maurice O'Connell and Robina Elizabeth Nuttall.2 He married Margaret Lavinia Ahearn, daughter of Thomas Ahearn, on 26 November 1914.1 He died on 16 September 1965 at age 81,.1
