     Lady Elizabeth Henley was the daughter of Robert Henley, 1st Earl of Northington.1 She married Morton Frederick Eden, 1st Baron Henley of Chardstock, son of Sir Robert Eden, 3rd Bt. and Mary Davison, on 7 August 1783.1 She died on 20 August 1821.1
     From 7 August 1783, her married name became Eden.1 As a result of her marriage, Lady Elizabeth Henley was styled as Baroness Henley of Chardstock on 9 November 1799.
