     Hon. Richard Oakley Pleydell-Bouverie was born on 25 June 1947.1 He is the son of William Pleydell-Bouverie, 7th Earl of Radnor and Anne Isobel Graham Oakley.1 He married Victoria M. Waldron, daughter of Frank Waldron, on 11 February 1978.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He graduated from Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England, in 1969 with a NDA.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) for Hertfordshire in 1992.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Hertfordshire between 1998 and 1999.1

Stuart Pleydell-Bouverie and Edith Dorothy Vickers.1 He married Kathleen Adele Gelshenen, daughter of William Henry Carpenter Gelshenen and Florence Carpenter, on 30 April 1930.1 He and Kathleen Adele Gelshenen were divorced in 1939.1 He died on 26 June 1949 at age 47.1
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Naval College, Darmouth, Devon, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1

     Kathleen Adele Gelshenen was born on 2 March 1906.2 She was the daughter of William Henry Carpenter Gelshenen and Florence Carpenter.2 She married Christopher Pleydell-Bouverie, son of Hon. Stuart Pleydell-Bouverie and Edith Dorothy Vickers, on 30 April 1930.1 She and Christopher Pleydell-Bouverie were divorced in 1939.1 She died in February 1981 at age 74.2
     Her married name became Pleydell-Bouverie.
