     James Hay Archibald Wodehouse was born on 5 August 1895.1 He was the son of James Hay Wodehouse and Annie Pauahi Cleghorn.2 He married, firstly, Florence Boyd, daughter of Edward Boyd, in 1916.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth K. Buchanan, daughter of William K. Buchanan, in 1938.1 He died in 1973.1
     James Hay Archibald Wodehouse was Superintendent of the Kohala Sugar Company Mill at Hawaii, U.S.A..1 He was President of Kohala Macadenua Nut Company.1 He was Commissioner of Board Water Supply.1
