     Frances Hastings Wheyway was born on 12 January 1772 at Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England.1 She was the daughter of James Wheyway and Mary Hastings.1 She married John Ison on 4 April 1792.1 She died in August 1855 at age 83 at High Cross Street, Leicester, Leicestershire, England.1
     From 4 April 1792, her married name became Hastings-Ison.1
