     Elizabeth Nodes was born on 1 August 1648.2 She was the daughter of Charles Nodes.1 She married Charles Fane, 3rd Earl of Westmorland, son of Mildmay Fane, 2nd Earl of Westmorland and Grace Thornhurst, on 15 June 1665.1
     From 15 June 1665, her married name became Fane.1 After her marriage, Elizabeth Nodes was styled as Countess of Westmorland on 12 February 1665/66.

     Catherine Stringer was the daughter of Thomas Stringer.1 She married, firstly, Richard Beaumont before 1707.1 She married, secondly, Thomas Fane, 6th Earl of Westmorland, son of Vere Fane, 4th Earl of Westmorland and Rachel Bence, in June 1707.1 She died on 4 February 1729/30.1
     From before 1707, her married name became Beaumont.1 After her marriage, Catherine Stringer was styled as Countess of Westmorland in June 1707. From June 1707, her married name became Fane.1
