     Dodwell Browne was the son of Dodwell Browne and Elizabeth Cuffe.1 He married Maria O'Donnell, daughter of Sir Neal O'Donnell, 1st Bt. and Mary Coane, in 1797.2 He died in 1819 at CanadaG, disappeared.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1790 in the Royal Navy.2 He lived at Rahins, County Mayo, IrelandG.2
