     George Beresford Knox was born in January 1830.1 He was the son of Reverend James Spencer Knox and Clara Barbara Beresford.2 He died in April 1921 at age 91.1
     He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the service of the Londonderry Militia.1

     Henry John Reuben Dawson-Damer, 3rd Earl of Portarlington was born on 5 September 1822.1 He was the son of Captain Hon. Henry Dawson and Eliza Moriarty.1 He married Lady Alexandrina Octavia Maria Vane, daughter of Charles William Vane, 3rd Marquess of Londonderry and Lady Frances Anne Emily Vane-Tempest, on 3 September 1847.2 He died on 1 March 1889 at age 66, without issue.1
     He succeeded to the title of 3rd Earl of Portarlington.1

     He lived at Roslea Manor, County Fermanagh, Ireland.1
